Plaintiff Lambros requests THE PARVUS COMPANY, within thirty (30) days after service of this request to make the following admissions for the purposes of this action.

A. Each of the following statements are TRUE.

1. The Parvus Company offers a complete range of investigative, intelligence and security-related services to meet the needs of corporate executives, attorneys and other decision-makers needs in the assessment, prevention and reduction of business and personal risk throughout the United States and Worldwide.

2. The Parvus Company gives to each client the experience, skills and contacts of a staff of results-oriented specialists with backgrounds in the Central Intelligence Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigation, National Security Agency, White House, State Department and other U.S. and foreign intelligence and law enforcement agencies.

3. The Parvus Company offers the following services: 1) vulnerability and threat assessments; 2) technical surveillance countermeasures; 3) corporate security awareness and training briefings; 4) industrial counterintelligence; 5) geopolitical risk assessments; 6) Country/ Regional studies; 7) biographical analyses on key decision-makers; 8) scenario estimates; 9) representation/Lobbying to host governments; 10) assistance in dealing with foreign bureaucracies; and 11) translation and interpreting.

4. The Parvus Company was founded in 1984 and has accumulated experience in the South America Country of Brazil, due to accumulated investigative , intelligence and security-related services performed for clients.

5. The Parvus Company presents to its clients that it has experience, skills and contacts of staff of results-oriented specialists with backgrounds in the Central Intelligence Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigation, National Security Agency, White House, State Department and other U.S. and foreign intelligence and law enforcement agencies as to security requirements within the South America Country of Brazil.

6. The Parvus Company is directly or indirectly familiar with the Brazilian Federal Police Station in Brasilia, Brazil where prisoners are and were held for extradition to the United States of America in 1991 and l992.

7. The Parvus Company is directly or indirectly familiar with the Brazilian Federal Police Station in Brasilia, Brazil that was used to hold prisoners for extradition to the United States of America in 1991 and 1992, that was constructed in part by the United States Army Corp of Engineers in the late 1960's.

8. Eric W. Bassett, Manager of The Parvus Company, received a letter dated April 30, 1996, from John Gregory Lambros, via U.S. Certified Mail No. P-386-226-671.

9. The Parvus Company did not respond to John Gregory Lambros' letter dated April 30, 1996.

10. The Parvus Company has knowledge of a system of communication concerning the interfacing of the human brain with computer.

11. The Parvus Company has knowledge of neurological surveillance system(s) that use transmitters implanted in the skull of humans.

12. The Parvus Company has knowledge of the implantation of biotelemetric tracking devices into nasal cavities and ear canals of humans.

13. The Parvus Company has knowledge of microwave communication devices like the troposcatter and Gyrotron resonance maser, a machine that talks to the brain, surrounds and penetrates the entire body in a EM flux, and beams into it a microwave communications field. Therefore, a laser, like the needle of light on a compact disk, reads changes in electrons after passing through the body and a computerized CAT scan sorts the frequencies of the brain and five senses. The maser, with pulsed-power source, fits inside a truck.

14. The Parvus Company has knowledge that MASERS, not lasers, are extremely sophisticated mind and body machines, capable of thought transfer, manipulation of emotions, muscle control, image and dream transfer. A human or cybernetic controller can carry on a conversation telepathically, and at the same time instill physical sensations, subliminal commands, emotions and visual and aural hallucinations.

15. The Parvus Company has knowledge of the implantation of miniaturized radio receivers within humans.

16. The Parvus Company has knowledge of the technique known as intra-cerebral control that uses radio and/or ultra-sound.

17. The Parvus Company has knowledge of a medical instrument named "ENCAPHALATOR."

18. The Parvus Company has knowledge that doctors and/or other individuals implant micro-receiver(s) in the frontal and/or temporal lobes of humans using a medical instrument named encaphalator.

19. The Parvus Company has knowledge of the term "RADIO HYPNOTIC INTRACEREBRAL CONTROL," (R'dIC).

20. The Parvus Company has knowledge of "Personal Radio and Electromagnetic Frequency Allocation," or PREMA, a frequency unique to a human's brain. A "reading wand" is used (hidden) near a human (victim), who is scanned by an instrument smaller than a briefcase. Once the human ("Freak") is determined, the brain becomes a link in a cybernetic system, and the human subject (or a group) can communicate, be surveilled, guided, manipulated, harassed or controlled from afar.

21. The Parvus Company has knowledge of advanced VHF telemetry stations that are sold commercially.

22. The Parvus Company has knowledge of electromagnetic-pulse weapons sold commercially to anyone.

23. The Parvus Company has knowledge of "PARAMETRIC CAVITIES."
