3. The law firm FAULKNER & FAULKNER was owned and operated by Attorney Charles W. Faulkner and Attorney Sheila Regan Faulkner.

4. The law firm FAULKNER & FAULKNER employed and/or contracted paralegals and researchers.

5. Law Office Management Incorporated provided legal research services for FAULKNER & FAULKNER.

6. FAULKNER & FAULKNER did not pay rent/lease payments within thirty (30) days of billing from Law Office Management Incorporated.

7. FAULKNER & FAULKNER received numerous client complaints via the telephone and U.S. Mail.

8. Attorney Charles W. Faulkner and Attorney Sheila Regan Faulkner were known to have disagreements over business and personal matters.

9. Law Office Management Incorporated is a Minnesota Corporation.

10. Law Office Management Incorporated has only one location; that is located at 701 Fourth Avenue South, Minneapolis, Minnesota.

11. Law Office Management Incorporated offers complete law office support services to their clients if requested.

12. Law Office Management Incorporated supplied complete law office support services to FAULKNER & FAULKNER.
