Andreaci, also known as "DOCTOR DEATH", is a contract United States
and Brazilian TORTURE TECHNICIAN who appears within the over one
million pages of records as well as many publications of Brazilian
Political Groups and list of over 400 know Brazilian torturers, many
of whom continue to hold positions in the police and Armed Forces in
BRAZIL.
The above information has been secretly prepared by the ARCHDIOCESE
of Sao Paulo, BRAZIL. Andreaci has been known to use many of the
documented 283 types of torture that are carried out in the 242
torture centers throughout BRAZIL.
