RE: UPDATE ON JOHN GREGORY LAMBROS AND REQUESTED SUPPORT
BY THE INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND AS TO TRADE BARRIERS
AND BOYCOTTS AGAINST BRAZIL DUE TO TORTURE AND SLAVERY

Dear Frederick C. Ribe:

As you may recall, we first met on June 19, 1992, while in route from Brasilia, Brazil to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. At that time I was handcuffed and escorted by three (3) Brazilian Federal Police due to an illegal U.S./Brazilian Extradition Treaty. I requested you to call former U.S. Federal Judge Miles Lord (the war lord) now in private practice regarding the torture I was receiving in Brazil. Since that point in time I have forwarded to you several letters regarding the torture I received in Brazil, which continues to this day due to brain control implants/PARAMETRIC CAVITIES.

To date I have not been given the courtesy of a response to my letters thus leaving my supporters and myself with questions as the priorities of business over U.S. Constitutional Rights which offer you the freedom to go to work and enjoy the quality of life we currently have in the United States.

I am requesting you and the IMF to launch a full investigation into my torture, denial of U.S. Constitutional Rights and forced implantation by the Brazilian government and upon completion and verification of same, enter into the current boycotting of Brazilian products and requested "TRADE BARRIERS" that are being requested from the Assistant U.S. Trade Representative for Public Affairs, ANNE LUZZATTO, Executive Office of the President, Washington, D.C. 20508, Tel. (202) 395-3230.

Please forward information as to punitive sanctions the IMF incorporates in dealing with disfavored countries and the grounds for such sanctions.

I have attached the August 1995, PHOENIX LETTER, by the world renown author and editor Dr. Antony Sutton as to the proof that implants exist within me. The October 1995, PHOENIX LETTER also offers more information as to the current cover-up by the Department of Justice.

Dr. Sutton, formerly Hoover Institute of War, Revolution and Peace, Stanford University and U.C.L.A. has agreed to make public the PHOENIX LETTERS for free and are available to the world via American Online upon request:

You may also request information regarding the current Brazilian BOYCOTTS:

1. Brazilian Coffee.

2. Participation in the 96' Summer Olympics in Atlanta, GA.

3. Brazilian Law Firms.

4. Brazilian products and services sold in the United States.

On December 3, 1995, I requested Senators Jesse Helms and Nancy Landon Kassebaum, ranking and committee member of the FOREIGN RELATIONS COMMITTEE to investigate and intervene as to the past deeds and current cover-up by Brazil, as per the guidance of Dr. Sutton.

Mr. Ribe, I will close with the words of Dr. Sutton, page 6, of the August 1995, PHOENIX LETTER, to President Clinton, and let your conscience and freedoms you enjoy daily due to the U.S. Constitution guide your forthcoming actions:

"We suggest Mr. President that these cases are not government workers who "make mistakes," they are tyrannical actions, which should be brought to justice. Forcible implant of persons under state custody is not done in a FREE SOCIETY.

This letter and enclosures are submitted in Affidavit form, as per Title 28 U.S.C.S. §1746, I John Gregory Lambros states under the penalty of perjury that all of the above facts are true and correct.

Dated: January 1, 1996

Sincerely,

{signed}

John Gregory Lambros
