NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested persons that have equity in BRAZIL that John Gregory Lambros has registered a COMMERCIAL LIEN, not a Lis Pendens Lien, in the Office of the County Recorder in Ramsey County, Minnesota on September 26, 1996, against the following parties: Federative Republic of Brazil; Fernando Henrique Cardoso; Catholic Cardeal Dom Jose Freiro Falcao; Luiz Carlos Andreaci; Francesco Toscanino; Itamar Franco; Collor de Mello and all persons connected with the companion case USA vs. LAMBROS,ÞCR-4-89-82(05), District of Minnesota, now and in the future severally and jointly liable.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the above named have been mailed Official Notice on September 30, 1996.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this Notice of COMMERCIAL LIEN is being given at the expense of John Gregory Lambros and Boycott Brazil, by publication within several Internet online services within interactive classified ads, E-Mail distribution, faxing to all foreign embassies within the Washington, D.C. area that have faxes and posting within the Boycott Brazil Web site: http://www.brazilboycott.org

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any person believing that he or she has pertinent and valid information about the torture of John Gregory Lambros and matters surrounding same may respond to John Gregory Lambros or Boycott Brazil via Internet E-Mail at:
