RE: MRI TESTING OF JOHN GREGORY LAMBROS ON MAY 16, 1995
On May 16, 1995, Lambros was taken to Cushing Hospital, Leavenworth, Kansas at approximately 10:00 A.M.. Cushing Hospital (913) 684-1100.
Leavenworth Prison guard escorts included Lonnie Pearson, Lt. Torix, who stated he participated in Operation Phoenix in Vietnam, and two other guards, one female and one male.
Lambros was escorted into the Radiolgy Department and one x-ray was taken with the x-ray plate placed next to the right side of Lambros' head. Lambros tried to explain to the female taking the x-ray that he had some type of communication device in his skull and foreign bodies. Lambros tried to expound as to the type of devices and symptoms. The female stated she had reviewed some of my reports.
Approximately ten (10) minutes after the x-ray was shot, Lambros was escorted outside to the MOBILE TECHNOLOGY INC. (MTI) semi truck. Upon entry of the truck, Lambros spoke with a white male that identified himself as the technician. Lambros told the technician that he should be looking for bio-medical implants and communication devices within the skull, nose and ear canel area. The technician stated that he was told that he was to look for PICKERING IMPLANTS. The technician stated if there was anything in my skull, he would locate it.
Lambros was placed on a table that was mechanically aided into the MRI machine. Lambros spent approximately thirty (30) minutes inside the machine.
Lambros was released from the MRI machine by a female white technician. Lambros asked the male technician if he viewed any foreign bodies in the nose area or side of my skull/head. The male technician stated that something looked abnormal and I should consult with the radiologist as he is only the technician.
Lambros asked the male technician for the name of the company who he worked for. The male technician stated Mobile Technology Inc. (MRI) out of Los Angeles, California.
Lambros asked officer Lonnie Pearson if he viewed anything on the MRI monitor while the examination was in progress. Officer Lonnie Pearson stated he could not comment. Both Lt. Torix and Officer Lonnie Pearson were in the MRI semi truck during the examination of Lambros.
