Dear Arch Bishop Iakovos, Senator Helms, President Cardoso & Jane's:
Attached for your review, investigation, release and comment is copy of the first edition of the manuscript CYBERGODS which is a small part of a significantly larger library of research material offering x-ray evidence of police and psychiatrist globally who implant radiotransmitter materials in the head and brains of humans. The manuscript is 28 pages with a cover page and a flow chart entitled CYBER - the science of control.
Please note that my [John Gregory Lambros] skull x-ray that was taken at the U.S. Bureau of Prisons Federal Medical Facility at Rochester, Minnesota appears on paqe 9. Attorney Jeff Orren sent the x-rays that were used in Court proceedings that clearly show implanted material to the Swedish group for analysis and clarification. Other U.S. researchers have also reviewed the x-rays with the same analysis. To date the U.S. Bureau of Prisons and the U.S. Department of Justice are concealing the fact that implants exist within my skull and the fact that brain-computer radio communication exists. Both the U.S. Federal Bureau of Prisons and the U.S. Department of Justice have been provided with copy of the manuscript CYBERGODS and a list of sources to verify same to no avail. My daily torture continues.
Senator Helms, I am requesting you to share the manuscript CYBERGODS with each member of the Foreign Relations Committee and to place a copy in the U.S. Senate library and the Library of Congress.
Fernando Henrique Cardoso, I am requesting you to share the manuscript CYBERGODS and this letter with each Supreme Court Justice in Brasilia, Brazil and members of your Congress who will then share same with their constituency for comment.
His Eminence Arch Bishop Iakovos, I am requesting you to share the manuscript CYBERGODS and this letter with other members of the Greek Church and the Greek Embassies in Brazil for their investigation as to the use of forced implantation and the use of the DEPATTERNING/ GRID ROOM/CELL at the Brazilian Federal Police Station in Brasilia, Brazil on humans and its use on John Gregory Lambros in 1991 and 1992.
