Dear Mike:

Sorry for the long delay in replying, the asshole Brazilian fascist pigs have been locking my thought process up and restricting my production of documents. Here what's happening.

  1. Please remember attorneys are helping out of the kindness of their hearts and I try to cover expenses so I can't push.
  2. Enclosed is the February 22, 1995 letter from MOTS Library who was kind enough to offer, FREE OF CHARGE, a depository for my documents and possible assistance in publicizing my case. Big advantage you will save postage and xerox costs by refering individuals to your file.
  3. I placed Dr. Plotnick and Attorney/Professor Alan Schefflin on my phone list and they should both be approved this week so I'll push on this end for affidavits and other possible expert witnesses.
  4. I've included the March 1995, THE CHAMPION, PAGE 4-14, article THE MEANING OF "FACTS OR DATA IN FEDERAL RULE OF EVIDENCE 703 by Edward J. Imwinkeiried. This should be of some assistance. I'm writing Imwinkeiried today to see if he will come on board. April 18, 1995, 3 page letter enclosed.
  5. April 8, 1995, Lambros letter to Chairman et al. of Federal Communication Commission, 1 page as to why they haven't taken and steps they have taken as per title 47 §154 et al. I'll stick it up their ass if they don't inform Congress. I currently getting assistance from the Viet Nam Vets in a setting up a faxing service in Washington to bombard all 500 plus members of congress with background information. I'll keep you posted.
  6. March 2, 1995 letter to the IEEE. They have not responded to date and I think they are covering-up. They will be excellent individuals to subpoena for court proceedings. Remember that they appear in many of the publications that are listed on the 35 page list I sent you.
  7. March 12, 1995 Lambros letter to Professor Roy S. Malpass, 3 pages. No response to date. I think they all know what time of day it is but are afraid of the govt.
  8. March 24, 1995 Lambros letter to MAITEFA ANGAZA, EXECUTIVE EDITOR, THE CITY SUN NEWSPAPER, P.O. Box 020560, Brooklyn, New York 11202, Tel. (718) 624-5959, Fax (718) 596-7429, 5 pages. I spoke to Angaza on Friday April 14, 1995 asking why she had never responded to my Certified return receipt letter of January 25, 1995 and my March 24, 1995 letter. Angaza stated she doesn't remember receiving the 1-25-95 letter and she was in the process of responding to my 3-24-95 letter. She also stated that she has written a second part to the Brian Wronge story and will be forwarding both the first and second article to me in its entirity. I also requested her to have Wronge contact an attorney with background information. Wronge has been doing dog and pony shows (stockbroker lingo for presentations at colleges in the New York area as to the implants. The University of New York appears in to much of the research material and is definitely eating out of the CIA funding trough not to be involved with implanting of humans for 30 plus years. Wronge may still be under the influence of implants and not know it and being used to expose certain elements of the project. Either way he will be an asset. WRITE ANGAZA FOR COPY OF ARTICLES.
  9. April 3, 1995, Lambros BP-8, ADMINISTRATIVE REMEDY as to "EXPERT TESTIMONY AS TO THE SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE THAT IMPLANTS/FOREIGN BODIES/TRANSMITTERS, OBJECTS THAT HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO NATURAL ORGIN EXIST WITHIN JOHN G. LAMBROS THAT ARE CAUSING DETRIMENTAL EFFECTS. 3 pages with 3 pages of exibits. Please note the RADIOGRAPHICAL REPORT from Stockholm, Sweden dated February 21, 1995.
  10. Page 67, COVERT ACTION, number 52, that lists 52 back issues of Covert Action and a brief overview of each issue. Covert Action Quarterly, 1500 Massachusetts Ave., N.W. #732, Washington, D.C. 20005. I wrote to PHILIP AGEE ALMOST ONE YEAR AGO AND HE NEVER RESPONDED. I will subpoena him when the time is right.
  11. CIABASE, P.O. Box 5022, Herndon, Virginia 22070. The information states that Ralph McGehee who spent 25 years in the CIA has compiled a data base on CIA actions with subject categories of Mind Control, Psywar and torture may prove to be of interest and the total data base should be subpoenaed for trial along with McGehee.

Alfred Adask publishes an excellent letter and he may send you a free copy or two if you write him and let him know what is happening. Send a copy of your case from the law books.

One of my deep throats informed me that Park Davis manufactures implants and they were used by the ARMY for tracking. I'll try to push a little harder for more information. Did you sue Park Davis?

Not much else on this end. A researcher from England has requested copy of my x-rays and is an expert in the area of MKULTRA. I'll keep you posted.
