Attached hereto are two (2) letters and one (1) report:
Upon review of Title 15 U.S.C.A. §1681 et al., Subchapter III - Credit Reporting Agencies, I noted that the U.S. Congress has stated that the banking system is dependant upon fair and accurate credit reporting as inaccurate credit reports directly impair the efficiency of the banking system, and unfair credit reporting methods undermine the public confidence which is essential to the continued functioning of the banking system.
Therefore, I am releasing the above-entitled letters, report, all information contained within the U.S. Department of State, Department of Justice, Brazil and information contained upon request within electronic format on the Internet:

I am writing to your consumer reporting agency so you may adopt
reasonable procedures for meeting the safe needs of commerce for
consumer credit, personnel, insurance, and other information in a
manner which is fair and equitable to the consumer, with regard to
the confidentiality, accuracy, relevancy, and proper utilization of
such information in accordance with the requirements of Title 15
U.S.C.A. §1681 et al.
The information that I am making available to you is a business courtesy so you may evaluate Brazil's character, general reputation, professional conduct, country characteristics for the purpose of furnishing consumer reports to those involved in interstate commerce.
Please forward your E-Mail address to me so I may keep you and your clients updated as to legal proceedings and new information as it becomes available.
