M E M O R A N D U M
FROM: JOHN GREGORY LAMBROS
TO: U.S. SENATOR PAUL WELLSTONE, LAMBROS FAMILY, ROBINSON, AND GREEK CHURCH
DATE: AUGUST 22, 1994
RE: IKE ATKINS, U.S. MILITARY PRISONER WHO IS INCARCERATED IN THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF PRISONS, POSSIBLY F.C.I. PETERSBURG, VIRGINIA.
I was informed by Vernal Nearn, B.O.P. #16301-148, a prisoner here at U.S.P. Leavenworth that Ike Atkins was a co-conspirator in the Military trial that took place at Diamond Head, Hawaii.
Both Hearn and Atkins were sentenced for bringing drugs from Viet Nam/Cambodia to the United States in body bags. They were known as the Cambodia 7.
Mr. Hearn has stated that Atkins had or has implants within him.
Other inmates have also stated same as they have spoken to Atkins while traveling through the B.O.P. system. It is also my understanding that my attorney was not able to locate Atkins current location from the B.O.P. office in Minneapolis, Minn. last week.
Hopefully the above information will be of help to prove that the U.S. Govt. is using bio-medical implants in humans to illegally interrogate, torture, and control.
